Heather L. Norman-Burgdolf, Ph.D. is an Associate Extension Professor in the Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition at the University of Kentucky, specializing in nutrition education, public health, and community engagement. With a strong background in nutritional sciences, she has authored numerous peer-reviewed manuscripts and Extension publications and developed evidence-based educational programs to promote nutrition accessibility and chronic disease prevention.
Dr. Norman-Burgdolf has led statewide initiatives focusing on health opportunities for all, Cooperative Extension programming, and food security, and has played a key role in bridging clinical and community-based health support systems.
