Mark Wood joined the Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition in 2024 in his role as Staff Support/Administrative Assistant. After moving to Lexington for college, Mark continues to find new things to love about the Bluegrass. He enjoys spending his free time reading, playing video games, and writing.
